Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

  • Is not personalized or custom-made

  • Is unused and in its original packaging

  • Has not been damaged after delivery

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@deborahannapsychology.com within the return period. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds as Store Credit

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only, redeemable on future purchases.
We do not offer monetary refunds.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., customized candles or journals)

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent). We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Proof of Purchase

To complete a return request, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
